- Secretary / Points keeper
- Motocross Referee
If any individual would like to be put on the ballot for any of the above offices for 2014, please send a letter of interest between now and December 31st to the Secretary at email@example.com. The voting for new officers will take place January 2-12 2014.
The AMA One-Event Pass is now available for just $20. This option is for the new racer of any age who wants to participate in one competition event. This option satisfies AMA membership status for the sake of insurance coverage but comes with a lower price so that it’s more palatable to those who may not yet be ready to commit to an annual AMA membership. As a bonus, those who have purchased a one-event pass can upgrade to an AMA Competition Plus or AMA Competition membership for just an additional $29 during the six-month grace period. Ask for this pass on the day of your first AMA event.
The AMA is pleased to deliver on a lower-priced AMA Youth Membership designed to introduce new riders to the sport of amateur motorcycle racing. This $29 option is designed for the racer who is age 11 or younger. While an AMA Youth Membership has limited benefits (years don’t count toward AMA Life Member status, nor does it include AMA Roadside Assistance) AMA Youth Members can compete in AMA-sanctioned events and experience the fun and thrills of organized motorcycle competition. You can sign up for a Youth Membership at any AMA sanctioned motorcycle event.
The AMA is offering a new "AMA Family Membership" for only $98. The $98 AMA Family Membership includes up to five AMA memberships for one price. While only the primary membership account receives the full benefits of AMA membership, all family members receive their own card and, importantly, can compete in AMA-sanctioned events. Plus, AMA Roadside Assistance is included. An AMA Family Membership is currently only available by calling the AMA. Please call (800) 262-5646 to take advantage of this great value.
For the 2014 Amsoil Arenacross series, there will be a whopping total of over $900,000 in OEM contingency awards given away throughout the series. Check out this flyer for additional information on how you could take some home with you.

Our partners over at Feld Entertainment wanted us to remind everyone, the "Dragons" show, presented by Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus is in Pittsburgh November 6th thru the 10th. Tickets are still available but have been going fast and can be purchased online by clicking HERE. The Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus has been thrilling audiences across the US since 1919. Noting the changing times, during the 1950's the circus opted to forego the typical portable circus tents as venues and instead performed their shows in existing venues, stadiums and arenas. The viewing public can look forward to all of the spectacle one would expect from such an experienced outfit.
Join or renew your AMA membership by December 31st and you have a chance to win either a Tucker Rocky Road Glide or a 2013 Yahahe Super Tenere. Click on the image below for more information.
